i was running this turbo and either my boost gauge is messed up or the turbo isnt boosting correctly because it seems like the boost is not consistent. there are times when the turbo will spool incredibly fast and times when it'll lag then at higher rpms break lose. At idle is was spinning when i first bought it then couple couple months later it stopped spinning at idle. Im pretty sure i have oil going to the turbo and out.

is the turbo internally gated?

maybe the gate is messed up.....
