Anyone replaced a Gator axle under warranty?
One of mine snapped tonight while coming out of the water box. It was strange, I wasnt even that high in the RPM and just trying to get a little heat in the tires. Wasnt like a crazy smokey burnout. It seemed to happen right when it "hooked" on the dry asphalt coming out of the box. Snapped right at the spine on the hub side. Im just wondering if Gator gave anyone a hard time on replacing a broken axle.

A friend of mine had the exact same problem. Both gator axles snapped off at the spline on the hub side. Funny thing is the car doesn't have the turbo installed yet. It has at most 160hp (low comp b18c1) however it does have a tilton triple plate clutch which grabs like crazy. He was shifting gears normally one day, not racing the engine or anything and POP, passenger side goes, then he tried to do a burnout and POP drivers side. Now, he's running stock axles, and they have held up for almost a year. We have never tried to warranty them though.
