Anyone know how to tap a return fuel line???
Have no return fuel line on a 2001 civic, custom turbo, at 3 psi...nothing more...until we figure out how to get a return fuel line. Does anyone know where to tap the block/head at to get return fuel, and what else would have to be done??? Please help!!!

Isn't it a bitch when Honda Engineers f*** with us and make it difficult? If there is no return line, you'll have to do bigger injectors and standalone. Bummer huh? Or you could do a high pressure inline pump what comes on when you see boost, but I don't know how well that would work. It'll raise pressure a bit, but no significantly enough... I know, not much help... I think the new GTS Celica's don't have a return line either... XS Engineering just turboed one not long ago. Can't remember what they did.

I dont know what the 7th Gen civic tank looks like. But if it has the same type of fuel pump holder/gas tank cover you could do what I did for my return line. Heres some pics...
Maybe this will work for you. Ofcourse you should run a high pressure line going back, and use some type of FPR with a return line.
Good luck

That's an awful lot of work to come up with an inherently bad turbo fuel system. VAFC or E-Manage will let you drive some 450cc injectors on the stock fuel pump and you'll be in great shape. You should be THANKING honda engineers for saving your *** from FMU hell.
