Is anyone here running the ATP divided GT30?...
I'm going to be getting the housing for my 3082R unless I can find a divided housing with a larger A/R. ATP only offers a .78ar, and I'd prefer to use a housing with at least 1.0 to really take advantage of the twin scrowl. If anyone knows of another option out there, please let me know!
I'm curious though if anyone is currently running the .78 ATP housing, and what they think of it?

I have this housing on my 35r. made 450ish at 14psi, my tuner thinks it may be a restriction at higher boost levels though...

Well the GT30 technically uses a T3-comprable turbine, and you also have the supposed benifit of the engineering behind the GT turbine wheel. If people can manage 500+ whp out of a stg5 .82 T3 tubine with an aged turbine fin design, I would imagine you wont find the GT30's limit as easy as you might think.
But please continue to dig, this is the turbo I want eventually for a monster daily driver.

Any graphs, and more info on your setup? I'm curious how the spool compares to other 35r setups, and if there are signs the torque starts to fall off. How do you like the response of the turbo? Have you had anything else to compare it too?

the atp housing works really good
we replaced a stock manifold/gt28rs setup on a 240/sr20 with a full race divided t3/divided atp gt3071 a little while ago... the 3071 setup spooled a good 1000 rpms faster than the 28rs setup and made about 45 more hp at the same boost.
500hp is deffinatly capable with a gt3071

NICE! Any graphs? Did the top end fall off at all? Thats exactly what I'm looking from my setup. Very quick spool, and a nice 400whp on E85. All that on a stock internal B16.

not sure if we still have the dyno graphs, it has been a while.
the tq carried out very very well. i wouldnt say it choked it up on top end, the graph was consistent up top with what i have seen with similar setups w/the 0.82ar undivided turbine housings.

The reason I asked about the torque falling off, is that my buddy switched to a divided housing/manifold on his 40R and at the same boost the torque started falling off compared to the undivided housing. The spool was indeed a lot better, but for some reason the torque seemed to be falling off.

Here is the dyno graph at 14psi. 84.5 mm gsr, type r cams, ported head, ramhorn, etc... Its a pretty basic setup unfortunately I can't give u any feedback because I never got to drive it. My sleeves sank and it blew the headgasket b4 I went to pick it up from my tuner. It should be back up and new dyno results soon though...

So is the manifold divided then? I havn't seen any 4-1 2-3 paired ramhorns. Either way, that is definetly a very nice curve. Over 350ft/lbs of torque before 5 grand...can't beat that.

its actually 250 hp 250 trq b4 5k, but either way should b a beast on the street... Manifold is NOT divided. This turbine housing was chosen because it was the only one I could find to clear the 3" dp with a/c. We will see what the exhaust housing's limits are soon enough.

lol... I can't beleive I misread the graph.
But I think the divided housing will actually hurt performance, unless it's used with a divided manifold. Although the power your making is still impressive, the benefits of the housing isn't shown.
