Anyone here ever try out Wedge Lock Nuts/Washers?

I wonder where I can get them?
They look like a good investment for the Wastegate/Downpipe because a lot of people have been having problems with nuts vibrating themselves loose.

Makes sense to me. I'm always very liberal with the loctite so these are right up my alley
