First of all, yes I did do a search!
I just got off the phone with a CM rep and I told him that I am planning on making 300-350whp on a GSR motor and he recommended the Stage 3.5. Is anyone running this clutch and if so, how do you like it. He said that the Stage 4 is a little harsh and the 3.5 is a little more streetable. It's a full faced sprung clutch that's half ceramic and half kevlar. He also said that it could hold up to 380 or so to the wheels and 450 to the crank.

Well, I never heard of a CM 3.5 but I can tell you that the person who you spoke with must not know what the hell is going on cause clutches are measured in torque, not horsepower.
To add, I run a CM 4. Its not harsh at all, even with my solid motor mounts. Just gotta rev to 2800 for a smooth take off......and no more starting off at red lights or stop signs in second gear.

Stage 4 is good for the power. Drives decent on the street and allows you to run slicks at the track. We did blow ours apart but we are at 600+whp& 450+ft/lbs at the wheels. We are hoping the stage 5 holds up until we can get the tilton twin disc.

2800 maybe less I dunno. Maybe just a blip to 2800 and then feather out from there. Then again my motor mounts are pretty friggin solid, so maybe just to not vibrate too much of the interior.

Yeah, I actually took notice after this post. I dont even rev close to 2800 for taking off. Maybe 1500 max or a little more. Then again I like to have the clutch engage as fast as possible and dont like to feather the clutch due to how the copper ceramic styled discs tear up flywheels.
