if you want a black one, just buy one and paint it!

BOV's are not hard to take apart either!

i don't know if they are the same color or not, but my black tial wastegate doesn't look gunmetal at all like that. Its much darker.

Get it anodized, the housing is aluminum - I'm not sure about the piston.

damn, it does, lol

ive found the discoloration of the black anodizing to be a problem on all black anodized parts.. Especially those exposed to uv (yes, carbon fiber hoods allow uv rays through, so dont even start with that)

on our bikes and cars, it starts to turn purple over time... ironically enough a sharpie works well to touch up knicks and major discolorations

haha, i have a 50 dollar assitance fee for situations like this

what i had considered doing was the black diamond coating... its expensive and is really for anti-friction properties... we use it on rocker arms, fork tubes, and other contact surfaces on bikes.

but its looks uber bling and doesnt fade, just not the most cost effective solution and since i have a bomex front bumper, everyone is looking at my car already, so it would be a shame to hide my really nice and big pwr
