not sure why it would be slow, just seems like everyone says i shoulda stayed with the 4 lug, basically my setup isn't finished yet, but it's a full race kit on a fully built 84mm gsr block and a stock type r head......tuned on hondata, hoping to see somewhere around 450whp maybe more

i had a hard timwe with 22x8x15's with under 200whp , let alone 400+
trust me dude when you start having traction probs, youll say damn i shoulda listended and stayed simple 4 lug and ran smaller wheels with bigger slicks.Ive been going thru it for 3 yrs now. i just wont swap to 4 lug cuz i dont wanna downgrade my car. Im gonna run 26's to hope for traction

read his other post , no one said it will slow, they just said function over form . if you want an easier time getting traction stick with something you can slap 13's on and it will be much easier, trust me

he's still using the Type R tranny from what i remeber. Thats why i was saying that if you have the choice stay 4lug , we have to run 26inchers to even think about traction .

Re: anyone have 5 lug on their turbo car?? (itr206)
i have a purpose built ls tranny, with r final drive, that seems to work really well, at least it did on my non vtec 2.0 but i have the 5 lug now, so i'm gonna have to make do, i guess i'll just have to sell my bogarts and m&h's and get some 15 inch bogarts and some new slicks

i am using a stock itr tranny.if you want a shorter tire, the next best tire would be the m/t 24.5x8.5x15
