Anyone fit the volvo IC into a civic/crx ?
I have a volvo IC and I was looking at my car and I think I can get it to fit in front of the radiator ( I took the AC out ). It looks like I may have to notch/cut some of the front cross member, but I'm not sure yet. I think the end-tanks will reach around my radiator. And I'm not worried about hacking the crap outta front bumper support and all that crap.
Just wondering if anyone had done it yet, and if so how.
Side note : what kinda boost is a T3 volvo turbo going to be good for ? ( with 8.4/1 compression )

Volvo IC is a very thin core, and will have a bit of pressure drop across it. Fitment of the Volvo IC as a whole would require the removal of your front bumper support, which, I can tell you from someone backing into my car in a parking lot at zero mph and taking out the whole front end like it was made of tissue paper, you DO NOT want to do.
Now, I've seen three Volvo IC's laid to gether to make a pretty thick core... consider cutting yours in half and stacking one in front of the other. It would be of an OK thickness, and wouldn't require you to cut your front end to pieces.
Volvo T3 will give you 250-ish to the crank worth of boost, maybe a bit more if you overspin it like the Dodge guys do (it's .50 trim T3, same deal as Dodge 2.2). You should be able to clear 200 whp.
