Anyone ever try dynoing there vtec engine without these two parts? oring dowel pin

has anyone ever tried dnyoing there car without part numbers 23 and 24 and relizing that vtec sounds like its engaging but its not making any power?

hondata wiring
sport compact sci
450cc injectors
walbro255
t3/t4e 63.48ar
tial wastegate
fmic
9:1 compression pistons .020 overbore
scat rods
acl bearings
honda headgasket
arp main and head studs
stock dizzy
new plugs
msd 8.5mm spark plug wires
ctr crank pulley
10k timing belt.
stock fuel rail.
i made 200whp at 4200 rpm, and then it just dies off. i think im missing these two parts. anyone else have this problem? would htis be why my vtec isint making any power?

I forgot same ****, had to pull head off.
I have "heard" that you can ruin your cam journals cause of lack of oil cause this dowel pin provides oil to the top of the cam caps.
otherwise, oil is most likely spraying out from under the cam cap since these are not there.
