Anyone ever goto e-town on a saturday for pure test runs?

Anyone ever goto e-town on a saturday for pure test runs?
I was wondering if you can just goto englishtown on saturdays to just run your car for time slips nothing more, I know this saturday (tomorrow) they have a detroit vs import thing goin on, but not sure if you can just go pay $20 and run your car down the track just for slips.....
