i ordered a t3/t4 4bolt from them. It wasnt the greatest experience. I wanted the 5 bolt and asked if they had them in stock. They said yes it will be shipped in after the weekend. I call them tues and they say its outta stock and should be in next week. So i say ok, i'll wait. Call back next week and they tell me its on backorder for 2 weeks. So i was like what the ****. They had the 4bolt in stock, so i just changed my order to that.

Other than that, shipping was fast, and turbo was new and great quality.

Had a very good experience with them buying my flanges, guy on the phone answered all my questions! not to mention, they are only an hour away, so if i had a problem, heh

My experience was abosultely fenominal.

I had a t3/to4e .60 trim and .63 on my christmas list about 2 weeks before christmas. My brother said my mom called in 1 week before christmas to find out that turbo was on backorder, but Ken (i believe that's who it was) was able to locate one directly sourced from garret for my mom. It was shipped to my house and got here the day before christmas eve.

My brother ordered a t3/60-1 .70 trim from him and got everything just fine very fast (through ken).

I also ordered a new exhaust and oil gasket set from them because i guess garret doesn't send them directly with the box, but cheapturbo includes them. Ken sent me them free of charge and arrived 2 days after my order.

OT: but i had mine custom built from a garrett distributor/dealer for about the same price as cheapturbo.com .. It came today, but no one was home to sign for it, hopefully tommorrow I'll be around to sign for it and I'll post pics of it.. btw, its a .63 ar 60 trim t3t4e...
