If you guys ever think about ordering from them, DONT!

These guys dont even answer the phones and dont send your **** to you right away like they say they would.

I have been waiting for some mandrel bend pipes from them for over w week and they still have not answered any phone calls nor emails.

Seems like these guys are running a business in a garage or somnething.They charged my CC and everything and still nothing!

This **** sucks, the missing link to what completes the car are those few pipes i wanted!!!

Sorry needed to vent and also warn those who ever plan on giving them any money.

They screwed up my friend jeremy's order really bad too (jeremyg2teg on here).

Double charged him for some items, sent him the wrong 3" exhaust flange and gasket, etc...

I have order a few items from them, and i have always gotten my stuff within a week. Infact i just order a set of 720cc injectors last week and receive them today. You have to call them after 5pm, apparently they dont answer the phones till after 5.

Yeah, I ordered my mandrel bends from them for the IC piping and never had any probs either.

might be just my bad luck, but this has been such frustration.

Yes, RRE is one of the best DSM vendors out there and honestly this is the first bad thing I have ever heard. I mean, you always get disatisfied customers but they always seem to correct any and all issues.

I've dealt with roadrace before, and it's true they never answer they're phones, but they have always cut me good deals. One of my friends works there, so maybe that's why. If you're able to go in person they are pretty cool and they do cut deals, especially the owmer mike.

YEAH! with Road Race Engineering... My freind tried to order some flages and gaskets over his spring break, and tried to get them to over night it or just ship it 2 day shipping! They wouldn't do it they said they would only do ground shiping which is like 7 days. Well it has been like 2 weeks now and he still hasn't gotten his products from them. Maybe this is NOT common but he has learned not to order from them again. Anyways, I hope all works out well for you!

Here's the deal with RRE. They have one of the best reputations in the industry. However, they are very busy! They work unconventional hours. They don't open until around noon PST and work until late at night. There is a 2 week waiting list,sometimes longer, if you want them to work on your DSM. I have been there at 11pm on a Friday evening and the guys are still there working.

Often times they don't answer the phone. Just leave a message. They are usually pretty good about returning phone calls. Make sure you speak clearly and leave plenty of contact info. They won't play telephone tag. Leave a cell phone or work phone instead of a home phone if that's the best way to reach you.

I have been to RRE and I can assure you they are not operating out of there garage. It's actually fairly large. Some of the employees have bad attitudes but they are fairly knowledgable. I guess good help is hard to find.
