Anyone buy from "js236"?

Apparently he can get me a hks manifold, but I noticed that he's replied to a ton of WTB posts, with his hotmail address. Seems like a shop owner, but I'd like to see if anyone can vouch or has some info on him before I send a couple hundred to a stranger. thx
