Default Anybody use the Twin Scroll GT35R yet?

I am really interested in upgrading to a T4/Divided Manifold and I was wondering if anybody has any experience with responce and spool times on the Divided T4 GT35R or any Twin Scroll Turbo smaller than a 40R.

I BELIEVE the only twin scroll available for the GT35R is T3 not a T4, I know Precision makes a T4 GT35R but no divided collector. I could be wrong dunno

Full Race was offering it up until the other day in T4 spec, i was about to link to it but its seems they've taken it down. A shame, I thought it would have been an excellent street turbo for a 2Jz.

I stand corrected.

http://www.full-race.com/catal...f4c17

Full-Race is proud to release another industry first, the T4 twin-scroll GT35R.

Until now, the smallest single turbo available in twinscroll configuration was either the T67/T04Z or the GT40R. After receiving input from many of our road race and drift competitors it was clear that while these turbos were capable of 700+whp, they simply did not offer enough response or a fast enough spool for a competitive race track vehicle. Intended for drag race and highway applications, the bottom end grunt required for a low rpm 2nd gear turn simply wasn’t there.

Using the highly efficient twin scroll turbine housing design with the highly acclaimed GT35R turbocharger allows the turbo to spool sooner, make more low end, more midrange and improves VE so much that it even picks up top end power. This is the most responsive Garrett turbocharger for the 500-600whp range.

Turbine Specifications
# Turbine housing A/R: 1.06
# Turbine inlet: T4
# Turbine outlet: 3” Vband
# Turbine wheel: GT35R

Compressor Specifications
# Compressor housing A/R: .70
# Compressor Inlet: 4”
# Compressor Outlet: 2.5”
# Compressor Wheel: GT35R

Well the undivided GT35R in both T3 and T4 spool SOOOO Well already I couldn't imagine the twin scroll being bad at all GIVEN you have the correct manifold WHICH also has a divided collector. Since Full Race sells it, I am a Full Race dealer and can get it for you. I did find out though that some of the turbos and pricing on the website is wrong though and they are working on it

I was looking at their divided T3 topmount + their new twin scroll GT30R and began to get light headed.

well i guess a T4 35R is a waste if it has the P-Trim wheel in it, who sells a BB Divided T4/T67 since the spool should be the same and the only diff would be a 6mm larger Comp. Wheel =ing more power.

Also anybody have experince with Peak Boosts Divided Topmount T4 Manny? I would love to get a Full-Race but after you coat it your looking at $1500 bucks or so.

A-Spec has had true divided T4 setups available for years. They run them on their RX-7 kits. They were the first source I ever saw for a divided T4 GT35R and for a long time were the only source of real T4 housings - not T3 housings with a T3 flange.

T3 or T4

the biggest divided t3 housing i've seen was .78 i think and that is equal to like a .48 undivided
