anybody heard of tilton clutch ??
i have a friend that recently fully built a motor and it runs a lot of hp and he got a tilton clutch. its more than a grand he said and u dont ever have to replace it. i've never heard of tilton before so can somebody tell me if this is right or what. cause i've never heard of a clutch that u dont have to ever replace

If he only spent a grand then he will have to replace it. If he spent 3 grand and got the carbon one then it will last him awhile.

the clutch will go out but it will take you a long *** time depending on how you drive. I believe the twin disk is rated for 600-750hp so it depends on how much power he has and how bad he dogs it. But if it is a street car it will most likly last a long and horrible life

Umm clutches are rated in torque...which hondas make very little of, and so i would be that clutch will last him a long time
I run a clutch masters fx700 which is rated for 1200tq, its made of compressed ceramic and bronze, so 2 disks and 2 steel friction plates and a billet flywheel and pressure plate...the entire rottating mass weighs 12lbs total...and twin disk clucths are super super light to push, and awesome to drive
my clutch only cost $1700
but when it comes to clutches, you get what you pay for
