Re: (Tinker219)
i WAS running 10:1 on turbo, but i had to get new pistons b/c of some slight detonation, i couldn't re-use the pistons, i wanted 10:1 again, but all i could find was 9.2:1 H22 pistons on such short notice, but i did get to go up to 89mm bore though

definately dont skimp on those! most important things imo.

Nope! it's ekb18c not ekb18c1... and it was 426...
10:1 is a good compression for a turbo car especially for the street. I can't wait till I go 84mm with 11.5:1 comp.

I will be running 78mm 10:1 JE flat tops in my Built ZC.
It will help this small motor spool up a quite large turbo. (SC50).

do the same tuning techniques stay when u raise cr that high for turbo??12.1-12.5 a/f ratio and .5degree retardation of timing(dynamic(in the ecu?)) oer lb of boost??
