I am doing 9.8:1 in my 84.5 bore GSR. ONce it is properlly tuned with the correct turbo, it should be a beast on the streets.

ever hear of a turbo type-R.

10:1 is fine just don't skimp on things like injectors, management & tuning.

i WAS running 10:1 on turbo, but i had to get new pistons b/c of some slight detonation, i couldn't re-use the pistons, i wanted 10:1 again, but all i could find was 9.2:1 H22 pistons on such short notice, but i did get to go up to 89mm bore though

Nope! it's ekb18c not ekb18c1... and it was 426...

10:1 is a good compression for a turbo car especially for the street. I can't wait till I go 84mm with 11.5:1 comp.

I will be running 78mm 10:1 JE flat tops in my Built ZC.

It will help this small motor spool up a quite large turbo. (SC50).

it all depends on your motor, as each motor handles things differently.

Both are very good sleeves. Turn around is around 4-6 weeks.
