I want to run like 12-14 psi but I want superfast spool up, any turbo good for this, that isn't gonna be completely out of breath at 14 psi?

Only way I can think of a turbo that is going to spool with that much boost down low, and hold the boost on a GSR would be some sort of HKS GT twin ball bearing turbo. They cost LOTS! You can run a small shot of nitrous to help a normal turbo spin up sooner.....

roll ons and stuff, i want the car to be more responsive, And another question, My guess is Gearing, but 1st and second in my car are not that fast, yet 3rd gear I did a roll on with a 2001 SS and was pulling by like half a car, yet down low I still hit the full 7psi yet it doesn't pull nearly as hard

is you car well tuned?
and you say for roll ons, i can wax almost anyones *** aslong as i am in a good gear. doing 45 and droping it into 2nd ******* kicks ***, as well as 80 and droping into 3rd.
what rpm were you at when you were at 7psi. i have the same problem only when i am at a lower rpm say 4k, my **** really pulls after 5k, even though i reach full boost by 4k

AR.48 is too small for a B18C. Boost comes on fast, boost falls off fast! With an AR.48 the turbo will begin to choke before the engine hits it's peak. If you want lowend power get a V8 .

With my .50/.48 I made 238/189 and ran a 12.9@105. It flattened out abouve 7500 but whp never dropped. Mt tq was slowly falling.

Either a Garrett T28 or NEW Garrett GT25. The Garrett T28 from the Nissan Pulsar GTiR can easliy support 300 whp and will spool by 2500 rpms. The Garrett GT25 has the same turbine housing and Turbine as the Pulsar GTiR T28 but has a T04S Compressor. It is ball beairng so you will have almost instant boost.

Some of the Garrett GT GT25 turbos use T04E compressors with T25 exhaust housings but on the upper level GT30, all GT32 and lower level GT35 use the T04S compressor. The GTiR turbo doesn't like engines that rev past 7500rpm!
