any pros and/or cons of oil plate adaptors?
i plan on running my oil feed line through a sandwhich plate.. ive been recommended 2 different kinds from 2 different shops.. and also came across one my self.. i was recommended a greddy one by one shop, recommended golden eagle by another shop.. and came across the m factory one myself.. i like the m factory one personally because its like half the price of the golden eagle unit.. you can get it from ebay for 50 bucks.. does it even really matter which one to use?.. anyone want to shine some light on this for me please?

I'd be fine with any one of the adapters you named off. I personaly run the Greddy unit without problems. I guess the biggest thing to pay attention to is number of ports and sizes. I'm using mine for an oil feed and sensor.

none of the oil adapters are going to have a -3an direct thread its too specific of a size since some people run -4an for a turbo feed and most run a -3an feed but on all the sandwich adapters there is a 1/8th NPT port and that can be used for sensors or you can get a male/male adapter from 1/8th NPT to -3an and then your line will hook up with out any problems. The golden eagle adapter is a good choice if your running an LS/VTEC then the larger port can be used to feed oil to head, but if you dont need the -6an port then the mfactory one would be better have three 1/8th NPT ports, which would be a better option then the greddy unit.

Mocal with internal oil thermostate if you run an oil cooler. If not any of the other ones mentioned will work.
