a friend of mine ran his integra B18b completely untuned on a XS power kit
when i say untune im talking no fuel managment at all, stock injectors, stock fuel pump, not even an FMU
idiot? yes, but he rodded the **** out of that thing on 8lbs spiking to 15 for about 4 months until finally he fried the piston rings

Id say at least 60 percent of the people on this board are untuned or FMU. I say this because almost every car I see on the road is using an FMU and then they come on hear and say to get good management. Then the person who started the thread looks into management and sees how much cheaper an FMU would be and go that route. You would be surprised how reliable an FMU on low boost with small turbo can be.

ALthough I cant recommend it at all. It is VERY inexpensive to just get a pump, injecters and Uberdata with a wideband and have a good safe setup. If your in a hurry to get it running, just wait and save some money, you will be happier in the end.
