Any interest in overbored throttle bodies?
Hey.
I have been over boring TBs for friends for quite some time and I was wondering if anyone here would be interested in getting theirs overbored.
Here are the stats:
I am right now doing B series TBs (JDM B16's and 90-93 B18's)
TBs are over bored to 62mm. (stock bore is 58mm)
I can also do GSRs and Type R throtle bodies.
Honda TBs can be over bored roughly 4mm over stock, so whatever you currently have will be increased by 4mm in diameter.
TBs are microblasted to look like new. NO PAINT used!!
New bigger size butterfly.
radious and polish TB intake. (just like Spoon)
You need to ship the TB complete with sensors. I will reinstall all sensors to fact. specs. That way you don't have to mess with the TPS.
I am charging $125 including return UPS three day select shipping.
I can do next day, you pay the difference.
Here are a few pictures. (JDM B16 TB)
This picture gives you an idea of how much bigger the butterfly is.
This is how I finish them. TPS in place and ready to bolt up.
Microblast finish. inside and out. Just like new.
It is strongly recomended that you get a new TB gasket before reinstalling it
Thanks
George

It depends on what you have done.
If you still have the stock exhaust, not much.
This is good for cars with I/H/E that can benefit from having a larger
TB for more air flow.
Yes, I do LS TBs, if it's a B series engine I do it.
I can do D series engines too, but I just haven't done one so far.
