carb connection in kirkland (i believe) can do tuning, up north a little in marysville "little monsters" has a dyno, and even further north in bellingham c-speed tunes hondata and i believe they have a dyno too.
MPR. in everett, VTR, everett also, I think TSR is still around and if so they are in bellevue, racing concept in lynwood, and a few more south of seattle..they all sell parts...but IMO i wouldn't buy parts through any local shop, they seem to be very favorable to "certain" people, I do all my shopping online ......need anything else?

Speedline and Fastlane 1 and 2 are within 10 minutes of the AFB .. They are decent shops, but i wouldn't get any tuning done there.
C-Speedracing up in Bellingham(www.c-speedracing.com) is a good place .. but they don't have a shop to tune in and is like 3 hours away, but are an authorized Hondata retailer/tuner.

C-speed is pretty knowledgable in the tuning realm. They do Hondata, and the the AEM system. A lot of Canadian guys get their tuning done there.

Pacific raceways (old SIR)(south east of seatle) has an ok track, 1/4 mile... and i think evergreen speedway (north or seattle) has a 1/8th mile track. I've ran at pacific but not at the other one.

PR blows man, they need to tare that up and flat it out. Best track in the NW is Woodburn, OR pretty far but worth it.
