My friend is about to buy a used JR supercharger from a friend's friend for $1k, I'm gonna go with him when he buys it. What should I look for to tell if its still in good condition? What other parts does it come with besides the JR FMU, JR Fuel pump?

To the best of my knowledge only the Type R and Lude kits came with a fuel pump. There should be a fuel enrichment relay as well. As i am not sure what car this is for but the very first GSR kits did not come with a support bracket for the SC and the manifold were prone to cracking. The check the condition of the belts and pulleys. As far as checking the SC make sure there is not oil leaking from it and the rotors are in good shape. and make sure you get the alternator brackets.

That should be about it from what i can remember.

Ok, from what my friend told me, its missing 2 pulleys? I thought it only came with 1 pulley? Also, I know there's a LS JRSC and GSR JRSC is there any diffirence in appearance?

the LS uses a M45 eaton blower and the GSR M62. There should be a pulley on the SC, one for the the alternator and two idler pulleys.

And the manifolds have a differnet bolt pattern. But the alternator brackets and PS stuff should be the same.
