another greddy kit question... for 01 gsr.... help!
Im new to the turbo scene and pretty much made up my mind after many debates on my goals and my budget. Didnt really wanna post bcuz im sure its been covored but i couldnt find any topics, but im still not 100% sure on what to do.
Im sticking with a greddy kit, but I have a 01 gsr. I understand that i need to modify the fuel injector clips and switch my obd2 p72 ecu to a obd1 p72 for the kit to work properly? I just need varification if thats all i need to make this work.
Am i missing anything else? what do you have to do to make the clips fit? is there any wirecutting involved with any of the modifications? any other way to make the blue box work for my current ecu?
sorry for all the questions. thanks in advance !

well you are correct on the injector clips. as for the ecu, you dont need to switch to obd1 unless you arent using the blue box or the emanage. thats up to you. the emanage is safe, it is a little fat but safe. but if you want maximum tunability, you do need to switch to obd1 then get engine management.
