Default Almost tuned finally!! 372whp with suspected blown head gasket...

I drove 6hrs to get tuned, can't catch a break... Great tuning job by GruvyTunes, thanks man! I'm expecting to find my head gasket is blown, hopefully NOT another sleeve moving. but even with these problems I still got pretty good torque numbers. The tuning is conservative with about 11.8 A/F across the board I believe.

Here's a dyno run at 14psi, the Hi boost is set for 16psi for when I get the leak fixed... let me know what you think.

The dyno only recorded up to 6k rpm for some reason, but I was loosing power at that point anyway...

Damn B16a can't make any torque

One of these days you will catch a break Dustin. I see a break coming for you in the near future I showed your sheet to some people here and they all were like "wtf, Honda makes an 8 cylinder motor", haha. Glad to see Torin helped you out.

Wow, 422tq before 4000rpms?

and all this peak HP before 6000rpms?

Something looks really odd,

I'm sure Torin will jump in here to let you all know this wasn't a Viper Makes me want to stroke my motor and do some more head work.

um...is this increasing displacement by changing the stroke? (please keep in mind, I am mentally challenged and I will sue if you flame me ) and if so...does it reall make that huge of a difference?

When do you see a stroked turbocharged Honda on Honda Tech The extra displacement and head work is what gave him that power.

BTW, he has been through a bunch of **** with this motor. I'm glad to finally see him putting down some insane numbers.

LoL, I am curious too, I wouldn't mind having more torque than HP.

The crower 2.0L stroker kit is an 84MM bore and 89MM stroke, same as a B20. Seems strange to make so much more low end grunt than most B20/vtec + turbos or 84MM bore LS/vtec + turbos are?

i think it has to do because its a B16 block its running a lot shorter rod then you would with a B20 block

Ummm...I don't know what to say?!

How about NO TRACTION.

Can't belive he got numbers like that...even if it is stroked. What kinda dyno was it on.

Oh, forgot.

I hope the data is correct, I will get more dyno runs on a different dyno after I get the problem fixed. I have other dyno runs that have simular numbers during tuning, so they are repeatable numbers...

This is how the motor is setup:

- Hondata S100 w/ boost
- GM 3 bar map sensor
- Delphi 780cc injectors
- Greddy Profec B boost controller
- AEM fuel reg.
- 1.6L stroked to 2.0L using Crower stroker kit
- Drag III turbo T3/T4
- HKS blow-off valve
- Delta Wastegate
- Turbonetics intercooler kit
- Crower rods
- Comptech engine rebuild :
resleeved, bored & honed cylinders
resurfaced, balanced and blue printed
polished crank shaft
custom JE forged pistons (9.0:1)
Moly rings and replaced all bearings
Hot tanked
- Supertech valves and valve seals (iron valve guides)
- Type R rocker assembly
- GSR cams
- Toda springs and retainers
- Nippon power head gasket
- Port & polish head
- Integra GSR radiator
- Iron sleeves
- Multi angle valve job
- AEM cam gears
- DC sports cat back exhaust (no cat)
- STR fuel rail
- Holley 255lph fuel pump
- MSD SCI ignition
- MSD coil
- MSD distributor
- 95 GSR ECU
- Mugan thermostat
- Removed AC

I just cannot believe 440ft/lbs @ that boost level and that early in the rpm band. What honda makes peak tq at 3900rpm? Is hp and tq numbers on different axis?

if the tires slip on the rollers it could give you higher/wrong readings
