almost done turbocharged 95 gs-r 4dr. just waiting on my hondata to come back !!!!!
Almost happy, my install is almost done!! Tell me what you all think.

s200 hondata ecu

turbonetics boost control

prime the turbo or not prime the turbo that is the question please help out?
some say yes some say no what is the real answer?
have not started the car yet waiting on the s200 haondata to come back with the base map.

1. Nice car.
2. You have a great reason to get a bigger intercooler.
3. Why only 8lbs?
4. When you say prime the turbo, do you mean pulling the starter power, cranking the car, and filling the oil feed line w/ oil? Or do people suggest mannually putting oil in the turbo like you would an oil filter? I know to do the earlier, i have heard nothing about the latter.

please remove that front bumper, but the turbo kit looks nice!

yes, prime the turbo. Pull out the spark plugs and crank the motor. Make sure the oil is getting to the turbo by pulling out the oil return line to see if the oil is coming out of it. Make sure you have something for it to drain into.

looks good. I'd get some more custom pipe and move your air filter so it sucks up colder air. Looks like it'll be sucking all the hot air up off the turbo.

Thanks alot guys. I was going to my pipes done by a pro, but did not want to pay the high price. filter location will change later .

Very nice setup. Is that a maxrev intercooler? To tell you the truth, that bumper looks ok with a nice big intercooler sitting in it nice work

p.s. what size turbo are you running and was it necessary to grind anything off the motor/radiator fans?

The turbo size is t3/t04E both fans had to be trimmed, block notched,A bitch to get a filter on ,But I feel it will all be worth it !!!
