new york state has recently gotten strict on some emission laws
i own a 00 sintegra ls
and am looking into purchasing a greddy or drag turbo starter kit.
some questions here

should i buy certain parts that are better to replace some of the parts that come with these kits, suck as the fmu inline fuel pump stuff like this.

also i am planning on just running 7-8 psi because i want to run this on my stock b18b motor and i want it to be reliable.

as far as tunning after i bolt one of these kits on what are the nessesary steps involved in making my car run reliable and safe?

i can not change my car over to obd 1 because of nys testing so what do i do
after i bolt this on will the car be able to be ridden and should i have a piggy back system.

does anyone have a obd 2 integra with a basic turbo kit on that could help me with this situation. i understand how to put the turbo on a stuff i just need to understand more about tuning and reprograming on my car when a turbo is added.
