Default Air research m10 turbo how to bolt?

Hey guys trying to get my first turbo job underway. I am going to be boosting a d16z6. I pick up a cheap airesearch m10 turbo. The flange is for a chrysler is there anyway to make it fit a t3 flange? Do I need a new hotside? Any ideas? Is this turbo even usable? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

don't ask me why they had to modify a common flange... Chrysler did that to every turbo they used in an OEM application. don't know why

sometimes you can slot that one hole on the flange if there's enough material, if not I think there are a few adapter plates floating around eBay
