Default air fuel ratio and timing for 8 pounds and 75 shot?

stock b16 sir1 w/ 00si head in a 98 hatch

-straight t3 pushing 8 pounds
-zex dry kit w/ 75shot
-vafc hack w/ dsm injectors
-fuel pressure regulator
-255 walbro fuel pump

What do i set my timing at for each setup

What air fuel ratio do i set it up for both

i heard it should be set at 11:1 for the boost and nitrous and 12:1 for just boost. But i have no idea what the timing should be set at, i read around that timing should be around .5 per pound, so lets say 4 degrees retarded then 2 more for the 75 shot? I'm running 1 step colder for the boost only then 2 steps colder for the boost and nitrous. (ngk)

goin 2 the dyno today in a few hours so hopefully i can figure somethin out.
