aftermarket turbo reliability
I have heard from different places various things about the reliability of turbos: putting stress on your internals, constant repairs, etc. The thing is that i don't know if any of these people actually installed aftermarket kits on their cars or if there "heard it from a friend of a friend" so to speak.
if it helps anymore i am thinking about going with either a greddy or rev hard kit.
thanks guys.

Usually, i don't say this at all, but you might want to do a search....
But - an aftermarket turbo kit won't hurt the car if you do the internals - you can boost 6-7psi safely on a stock motor - but don't expect it to last nearly as long - if you get the internals done, you'll be good to go...get a good tuner - and it'll last as long as you would like it to

No offense, but your question is so general, it's almost impossible to answer. If you size, install and tune it properly, then you shouldn't have an issue with most kist out there.
