Default After years of blood, sweat and tears It's finally DONE! (Dyno Results)

Well, after many years of unremitting stress, anxiety, frustration, building, and fixing, the car is finally put together and tuned. This link[/B] is the car's story and its been an emotional roller coaster to say the least. I cruised down to boosted hybrid’s place this past Friday and I am very pleased with the results!

The car put down 330whp and 225trq at 10psi (on 93 octane) and 440whp and 330trq at 20psi (on 110 octane). When we put the race gas in and turned the boost up the clutch started slipping a bit because of the 300+ ft/lbs of torque and between 6500rpm and 8500rpm the boost dropped 4psi (which is why the power falls off considerably!) We could have easily made much more if the boost held strong and the clutch didn’t slip but hey, the car is an absolute MONSTER on the street!

I plan on putting in an exedy twin disc clutch, 1000cc fuel injectors, adjustable cam gears and a boost controller that won’t drop off. These components along with 28psi should put out the big numbers but I am very content with the results as of right now!

Here are the plots:

440whp and 330trq at 20psi (on 110 octane)

Thanks again guys, hearing your comments make it all worth it!

Blaze45: Keep on truckin dude, it'll happen ... ****, my car took 4 F#$%ING years to finish!

Napoleon Dynamite: I don't know what video you're refering to but I don't think it was my car.

[626]95-GSR: The gauge bezel is made by Autometer.

turbozxi: At 20psi there is no traction in 1st, 2nd or 3rd with these shitty 205-40/VR16s Nitto NT450s. 10psi gets a little bit of traction in 3rd but I can't wait until the 215-45/ZR16s Azenis go on this summer.

I wouldn't get to excited about the Azenis, my car still spins the crap out of them at the top of 3rd with a quaffe.

Well, the Azenis will be better than the Nittos, I know this for sure! The sandwich adaptor is dedicated to the LS/VTEC while the turbo oil feed has its own oil feed off of the back of the block. I do have an oil pressure gauge.

very nice #'s! do you think you'll bring up the rev limit? seeing that you have a built head and it looks like that turbo will keep going...
