Default AFR reading question .... LM-1

I have now attached my wideband o2 sensor and let it run for a while, i didnt rev it high but the readings I got were 1.5k RPM = 15.7<->16.0 2K RPM = 12.6 <-> 13.0 & 3K RPM = 11.9<->12.0, does anyone know what this tells me? What should I be aiming to adjust it to? Im guessing higher is richer lower is leaner but I could well be wrong
I have a SAFC set to -36 all across, wired to a PM6 ECU, Stock pump, B&M FPR, 450DSM's, T25 turbo running 5PSI.

Is it possible to get it roughly tuned (the first 0-4k RPM)in my garage so I can be sure it will make it to the dyno? Last time I took it I had to mission abort as the car wouldnt run over 3/4k RPM, it kept bogging or at least I think it was that, lots of smoke too

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Aim for 14.7:1 at part throttle. Lower readings = rich, higher readings = lean.

14.7 parts of air to 1 part fuel, so if there's less air for 1 part fuel, that means more fuel in the mixture. The reverse is true for lean GL!

cheers for the reply, so will it still fluctuate a little from 14.7 when using a SAFC? If I went to using a chipped PP5 ECU i have running turbo edit will it fluctuate less? im only assuming as i have not re started the car since posting this.
Will I be able to have a nice run on the way to the dyno with the SAFC tuned to make the LM-1 read 14.7? Sorry for all the questions

u cannot boost on 14.7 so dont hit it.
u also cannot tune the car "in the garage" u have to have loads on it.

jusst open your partial throttle map in VAFC and whatever cruising rpm is tune it out while u drive. its active and will change on the wideband as u push the buttons.

from my experience a car will "run" from 8:1 to like 17:1 afr and anywhere in between those will "get you to the dyno" for tuning.
