Default AFR issues Turbo B

Well, had my car tuned but found issues on Dyno. Found that the distributor was losing tach input at high RPM and was breaking up also the throttle body gasket had a leak. But the car idled and would run. Brought the car home and replaced the distributor and gasket and then would run lean under partial load 15-16:1. So I decided to pull the harness and resolder my connections and solder in the boost solenoid that was installed on the day of tuning. Well, all said and done now the car runs ridiculously rich at idle. 9:1 if I get it to idle. The car doesn't stay running and seems to be at about 12:1 when revving. Also now the boost solenoid clicks constantly which reading is normal but did not do it prior when igniting on Engine off. Any ideas? Double checked injector order, map and TPs harness...etc.

Its an Innovate LC-1. It smokes at idle and I pulled the plugs and are fouled out. Compression is 150 across and Leakdown is 95%+ in all 4 cylinders.

Did you redo the ignition timing when you replaced the dizzy? If your only having problems with rich/lean conditions now id take it back to the tuner.

That's what I figures. Just want to make sure there are no other issues to why this happened.
