GSR cams will defintely be cheaper than ITR/CTR and either will work well.

not not even close. just becareful about putting itr/ctr cams on stock valvetrain, there is quite a bit more lift on those cams which will start floating valves at high rpms.
Id pick up a set of GSR casm for like 75 bucks and call it a day until you want to upgrade your valvetrain
