Default AEM Wideband 02 sensor and race gas

I was informed that the AEM Wideband 02 sensor is immune to the effects of leaded race fuel destroying the sensors, specifically 114 and C16. Is there any truth to this notion?

No. The o2 sensor doesn't have any special features that makes it immune to leaded gas.
