AEM UEGO Wideband question
Can I just buy the Gauge type uego wb and use with my stock computer or do i need to get both the gauge type and the uego dual channel wb kit for it to work with my stock computer.
I tried searching and but most of the topics were just about have them forsale.
TIA

Re: AEM UEGO Wideband question (willyboyD16)
You want just the gauge type...
It will work fine with your stock ecu...
The other one is for use with a standalone system....

I was under the understanding both systems have the same outputs, except one has the gauge and all electronics stored in the gauge and the other has a seperate brain.

Yeah the Gauge type uego as the name implys is the only one that comes with a gauge to read/display your a/f. It has the controller built into the gauge it self as one unit.
The standalone UEGO has no gauge or display, and is all contained in a little controller box. This requires the use of a standalone EMS to use/read/calibrate.
Both units have a 0-5v output and 0-1v output.

Re: AEM UEGO Wideband question (Alstare)
hey thanks for the info. I went to AEM's website but it didn't make the point that the gauge had all the electronics built in clear enough or maybe i was to sleepy.
