aem fuel rail and gas leaking
gas is leaking out where the banjo bolt is. i put all the washers in and everything and i dont know why its still leaking, but is there a way to stop the leaking? its where the fuel inlet is.

you sure you have it together right and have it really tightened down? did you put teflon tape on the threads?

I had the same problem when I first installed mine a few years ago. I ended up having to sand the anodizing smooth with 400 grit sand paper, then it finally sealed.

You never want to put teflon tape on banjo bolt threads. Banjo bolts seal using washers, not the threads.

i tightened it, not to my full strength. afraid i might screw up the threads. can i tighten the top nut really tight? because if i can, ill just go ahead and do it.
