Default advice/ help with my ls/v-t build

alright guys, in the past few days ive picked up a free ls bare block in great shape and a gsr head minus the cams, dizzy, fuel rail and valve cover. Im not looking for too much power considering im going to stay on stock sleeves with a block gaurd. (Perhaps 300 wheel HP) I just have a few questions i'd like some good feedback on.

1.I know gsr cams are great for my application but what cams that i could pick up cheap would be better?
2.What stock/aftermarket fuel rail and injector combo would be good for my future set up?

thanks guys and if you see anything cheap i could pick up, lmk!

GSR cams are gonna be the cheapest you can get .... if you wanna spend some cash I would swing for ITRs or even better some BLOX turbo cams.

Stock b series rail is fine .... up through 500hp I think ... and DSM 450s are gonna be only like $45 and get you through 300hp

Your stock b series pump and fpr are capable .... serveral people have done it... but most will tell you a $90 walbro is cheap insurance against an overwhelmed stock pump giving up the ghost and letting you run lean .

On a side note you're gonna have to start searching these easy questions or your gonna have people hating on you quick. Questions like your asking are common and have been covered several times in the past. When you can't get an answer from searching then post up

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1285640 <- one of many threads from searching "stock pump" in the FI forum archives.

mazworx v1 cams are the best money can buy at the moment, way better than type-r........... A lot of guys in the SFWD/hotrod class run these cams, I believe "turbo-charged" runs these cams, allow with "boostedcivicsir".

Although, if 300hp is really all you want and budget is a concern you don't need $500 Mazworx (or even $??? BLOX) to get there ... $50 GSR cams have done it many times.

yea i run the gsr cams in my car. i think i got my last set for 45 dollars??, i forgot but they can be found cheap.

you can run the stock pump(but for 90 bucks i really recommend the walbro 255lph. its great peace of mind).

i would get some 550cc injectors, either name brand or maybe an oe application like from an evo8. you can do 300whp on 450s, but youd be at least in the 80% duty cycle on stock pressure. 550s have a little extra room in there, maybe to 350whp if you ever want a little more
