need advice jrsc/gsr clean up

Ok to get started, I have a 94 GSR with JRSC, endyne stepper, 450cc inhectors, kamikaze header, fuel rail etc etc.
Basically I decided to send my blower in to be rebuilt, after noticing a crack in the intake manifold, so the blower, hondata intake gasket, new intake manifold and various small parts are on their way back. In the mean time, my teg is still apart and I was starting to wonder what else I could do to clean it up. If I had the money to rebuild I would but do not so just trying to find cheaper things I can do to prolong the life a bit. as is I have about 140k. I know I leak some oil from the head gasket area, so I was thinking of replacing the gasket while the head is off should I think about doing anything else to clean it up, as well as the block? Basically I will be doing the labor, and money to spend right now is no more than $400. Thanks cheers.
so I am about 10lbs of boost on a 140k engine, no big deal or should I just not worry slap it back together and go until I really have problems?

REPLACE THE HEADGASKET. the headgasket should be replaced everytime the head is removed but since u kno u are leaking oil out of the headgasket, you should definately swap a new one in. you could even consider a thicker one to lower compression for boost.

examine the surface area of the head and block for any possible resurfacing that may be needed.

get ARP head studs

new valve seals would be nice
