ok well i got some washers and put them in. it does take more pressure to open it now, but it still didnt fix my problem DAM DSMs

ok i poped it open and there was 7 washers in there already, i added 3 more so im running 10 is there anything wrong with that?

if its a dsm with a stock mas sensor you should just put the bov return tube back on, dsm's including mine hate to blow off any other way unless you have a better form of managment. Think about it you are taking away air (via leak or slow closing) that the sensor has already metered for. Once that is gone it is hard to regain optimum air/fuel mixture for that burn cycle but usually this results in a rich condition between shifts and a crappy idle. Easiest way put the pipe back on, no need to rice with a loud bov anyway its a talon everyone's mom knows its turbo, plus think about it that extra air will be helping the turbo spool faster

the flange was changed on the flange pipe i think, im not sure if i can bolt up a stock BOV again, maby ill look at a aftermarket with a tube hook up. the 1 i have now wont hook up to the dumptube.
