Default Accuracy of the APexi Turbo timer A/F ratio

jsut wondering how accurate it is compared to a wideband if its not accurate how much rich or lean is it off has anybody done tests to compare these ?

It is about as accurate as ms. cleo, as dustin so gracefully displayed.

yeah it is no different than the nice color show put on by an autometer gauge.

def. worth the extra money for the wideband. Great for when you wanna turn up the boost and do some street tunning

LOL. Look at the graphs. It is accurate... Between 14.0 and 15.0:1 AFR. Where turbo cars run, you would just show rich, though that doesn't tell you if it's 11.0:1 or 14.0:1, and that is a dangerous range to play with.

The Apexi with a narrow band is about as accurate as two elephants ******* are graceful.

the apexi is supposed to show a read out of the ratio like 14.7 or 12.1 or just whatever the ratio is it even shows the voltage that the o2 sensor sends out jsut for the info

i think it uses the voltage comin from the o2 sensor and translates it into a air/fuel ratio go to Apexi.com and look it up so yall see wut im talkin abt

Do dustin's graph not make any sense??

WE know what you're talking about which is why we're giving you the info we're giving you.

Its not accurate....end of story. If you wanna know if your rich or lean, it does a great job - but nothing in between.
