i have a fpr that compensates for boost
and i plan on getting my down pipe made after it is put on and just drive down to a muffler shop

good cheap reliable direction for engine management:
keep the 450cc
upgrade fuel pump to walbro 255lph
go to http://www.ecimulti.org uberdata and learn about it.
get a socketed p28 and conversion harness
either get a chip burner and laptop and do it yourself, take it to a tuner.

or you can get a vafc and run with the hack, low boost under 11 psi

or use the fmu and run low boost. 5 psi
