Default 9psi H22A & Exhaust size advice

Hey guys I just purchased a h22a prelude and it seems somehow it may be boosted to 8psi. I know stock JRSC setup is 6psi and I always hear of people boosting stock h22's to 9psi with a Motorvations pulley or accord crank pulley. My first question is is it still possible to obtain this Motorvations pulley or is he out of business? Does he have a website cuz I can't find it? If I go with Accord pulley option is it the 98-02 Accord crankshaft pulley I purchase? Can I use an aftermarket lightweight/underdrive Accord pulley instead? Second does anyone know how a H22 can be tuned to run at 8psi? All my research has not come up with an 8psi JRSC setup. They all jump from 6 to 9 to 12. I can't even find 10 or 11psi setups if they exist. So I'd like to push as much psi while maintaining a stock motor, but I don't know what pulley setup to get or where.
Secondly I keep seeing people going back and forth on the 2.5 inch exhaust vs. 3 inch exhaust. I believe Preludes are the exception to the rule and actually do run better with a 3 inch exhaust, especially if I go 9psi but I need some expert advice here. I tried on preludeonline.com and got nowhere, thanks.

I'll chime in abit, however I'm on turbo setup with F22B1 not H22.

Due to space restriction and keeping A/C power steering etc;

2.5" Exhaust from downpipe to muffler
Hi Flow Cat
Recirculated external wastegate right after turbine flange
Crappy cast exhaust manifold

Made 290whp with power dropping off after 6000rpm, tried tuning it for more boost but doesn't make power. I'm beginning to trial and error to why boost fell above 6krpm and why it doesn't make more power turning the boost up more than 16psi. Suspected the head, the exhaust manifold OR THE EXHAUST SYSTEM.

Tried bigger turbine housing - didn't help, just more lag.
NEXT - putting screamer pipe instead of the recirculated gate to relieve some pressure in the exhaust. <-------see it if helps.

For boost, bigger is always better. If you have a chance, funds and clearance on your engine bay then I don't see why you shouldn't get 3". Also, depends what header you get.

Yeah I don't think space is an issue as the header on my Prelude extends pretty much all the way back behind my engine. I can see how a 3inch exhaust is necessary in your case you're running 16psi!

Yer, I'll see it as hp/flow than psi. Anyways, there was a major price jump from 2.5" to 3" where I'm from. For 9psi pushing 250whp with decent headers, 2.5" should be sufficient BUT there will not be any room to grow without replacement.

3 inch all the way, h22's love to breath. Even for all motor h setups, 3 inch is ideal.
