Default 99 SiR b16a2 turbo

Hey hows it goin, I have a 99 civic SiR (i live in Canada) with a b16a2. I am interested in turboing it, i'm at that stage where you can't do much more really before spending the serious money... Anyways I was just wondering if anyone could give me a rough estimate for a turbo setup, (front mount intercooler and building the internals a bit like cams etc...) Also if anyone lives in western Canada, who would you recommend do the build and tuning? I'm soo sorry for all the questions but anything helps!

p.s. I've heard a t3/t4 turbo is the way to go, does anyone else have any preferences as far as which turbos are good/bad? Looking to boost at around 15psi therefore im assuming i should sleeve the block...

Thanks in advance, Brody

Hey, I'm looking to sell the car now, i need a truck and it really sucks, the SiR is soo much fun to drive. Anyways if anyone is interested, shoot me an email at brodeman@hotmail.com or add me on msn. I can let it go cheap. It has 91,000kms on it! I have lots more pics of under the hood and stuff, this is the first time im letting anyone know it has to go!

Thanks, Brody

You don't need to re-sleeve for 15psi! You don't need cams either.
I would just go with some 9:1 forged pistons and some eagle rods for the block.
GSR cams for the head is all you will need for you goals. Your cams will work fine as well but you will make a bit more power with the GSR cams and there only 100$us.

There are many good bolt on kits out there now a days for reasonable prices. Look in the sponsors section for some sweet deals.

A build like this should cost you around 5k$us total with the motor build, EMS and tuning. If you find used parts you can lower the price.
