99 civic si turbo start/idle problems, drivability problems
I have a 1999 si. b16 with srp 9:1 pistons, eagle rods, stainless steel valves, and a blockguard. I have a drag 3 kit with hondata s100 with boost. A/F ratio between 11.5-12.5 throughout the powerband. It dynoed at 248 @ 9-10 pounds of boost. I use zex spark plugs. I have 440cc injectors, 3 inch cat and cat-back.
My problems are-
Sometimes when I start my car it will idle @ 400-500 rpm but wont kill. It idles like this for about 1-2 minutes. I watch my A/F meter go slowly from all the way lean to all the way rich and stay there. It takes anywhere from 1-2 min. for this to happen. When it gets to rich it idles fine. This happens rarely but is a big problem.
My major problem is while driving. I just replaced my o2 sensor. I am thinking of changing my plugs also. Under 3000 rpm in any gear everything is fine but anything over 3000 rpm in any gear when I press the accelerator and I get to around 10mg of vacuum my A/F goes to rich for the second it is @ 10 and my car hesitates harshly. It shakes the car. Then under boost it feels really hesitant, like it is constantly bogging down. I can hear it in the exhaust. Black **** comes out of my exhaust. On paper it doesn't look rich but drivability seems like it.
Are these problems because my car is dynoed under WOT onlyand most of the time I am not driving at WOT?
I need suggestions. I am sick of my car running like ****. I also get super shitty gas mileage.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you checked your graphs with the romeditor to see if some of your fuel tables are crossing one another? You mind sending me your .bin files?
I sent you a pm

I don't know how to get the rom files. Can I ask the shop that perfomed the install, and
the dyno work?
the dyno work?

Anytime your dyno tuning a street car you need to tune part throttle and WOT. I can't believe your guy only tuned WOT!
