Default 99 civic gsr turbo engine questions

So im back in the game I just picked up a 99 civic dx with what appears to be a built gsr engine with turbonetics system, I got the car from a guy who only owned it a short time because it has problems, he did not know anything about the car so I was hoping someone could help me figure out some things about the engine, I did a dry compression test yesterday, cranked the car over 4 times with the injectors unplugged and got a compression reading of 130 even on all cylinders so im guessing the motor is built is that right? Is there a way to find out if it has rods and pistons without pulling it apart? The car runs good, makes 7 pounds of boost. Also the manifold and downpipe has cracks would that cause big performance loss or damage if I drive it like that? I am looking to buy a replacement log manifold and downpipe can anyone recommend a brand? Thanks

Are you burning oil? You can pull the oil pan and baffle to check the rods and pistons, you shouldn't have any exhaust leaks ESP on the manifold or down pipe.

I've seen a stock itr blow 120 even and it was just worn out

130 is mind of low
Let me get this straight, you bought the car with very little information about it?

Can you obtain a list of what has been done by the owner or previous owner.

Sounds like he did it cold and didnt pull the plugs either. Redo the comp test correctly and see if the numbers come up.

I did do the comp test when the engine was cold and hadnt been started, it was probably 70 degrees. Of course I pulled the plugs how could I check the compression without removing the plugs. Yes I bought the car without any information and I wont be able to get ahold of the original owner.

I meant spark plugs from the other cylinders. Some people only do one cyl at a time. This makes it tough for the engine to spin over. The cranking speed affects the results of the compression stroke.

O ok. I didnt know that, also I noticed the motor cranked kind of slow and the battery was relocated to the trunk so I think both of those things are a problem. Ill have to check again. Can someone walk me through the best compression test
