95 GSR cams on 00' Si
Guys I need your help I have a 00' Si with a built bottom and I'm running a greddy kit with the blue box. Now I bought some 95' GSR cams and I had them installed when I had my motor rebuilt. But I've been having rich-lean problems and codes(I think it's 6 or 60) that won't go away. Now I thought my o2 was blown but I just changed it this morning and my problem has not gotten any better. Do you think it's......
1. OBDI cams on OBDII ecu?
2. GSR cams on Si ECU?
If anyone can help please do!!!!

1. Cams don't have a preference of OBD
2. The difference in the cams aren't drastic enough to warrant any worry
your problem has nothing to do with the cams. it's probably your fuel management. So, it has been running crappy ever since you put in a rebuilt motor and a greddy kit? Thats a lot of variables, the last thing I would be worrying about is the cams.

Re: 95 GSR cams on 00' Si (ricodemus)
See that's the thing I have had factory cams in before with the blue box and there was never a problem car would start up no problem idle at 1500 and go down to 700 after it was warm. Ever since I had them rebuilt the motor again I have been having nothing but problems. This is really the only problems I have with the car. But I want to fix this problem first before I put in Hondata or Emanage. I don't want to have problems when I try to tune the motor. ANyother suggestions?
