93 H-23A1 Turbo?

Aight, I know of the stock boost capabilities of the H-22s but, How capable is the stock H-23 with FI? Just lookin for anyone who knows how much boost the stock internals will hold, which kit would be recomended for daily drivability with some power. How much potential does this motor really have in the performance mind?????? Thanks
