92 eg cx hatch ls turbo build setbacks need help
Hello my name is Nate and I have a 92 civic hatch with a 98 built ls

Darton mid sleeves
crower rods
wesico 9 0 1 pistions
morsco dual trap door oil pan
cosmetic headgasket
arp main bolts
arp head bolts
new oil,water and oil pick up Ls

crower springs and retainers
super tech black nitride valves
crower cam gears
turbo stuff
gt35r 70 ar
tial 44mm waste gate

rc 1000 cc injectors
neukin ram horn mani and downpipe to magnaflow 3in exhaust

Here is my problem we went to start street tuning on car with my local tuner it keep running hot come to find out coolant in oil...When my engine builder bored the cylinder to sleeve he cracked the cylinder wall.So I towed the car back to mike to fix it got a new ls block and he put a block guard in it so he says the cylinders wont move when he bores out the cylinders to press the sleeves in.
My local tuner says it should be alright for him to start it up and drive a block or 2 when he gets done next week to make sure it is alright we got a little light tune in
before sleeve prob.
I need some advice on this when he gets the car done I am going to get it and bring it to my garage to double check stuff and peek and twick before I street tune. Should i stay on crome and let my local tuner tune or should I step up to s300 and have adreneline motorstports in stl street tune.With the s300 can I use my own laptop and it will display different guages cause all I have is boost and normal tach????My goals are 450 to 500whp on this setup any ideas or comments I am like and my heads about to exploded with worry about it my hatch
