Default 91 CRX Si with d16 motor/ is turbo possible??

my buddy has a 91 crx si with a d16 motor in it. Just wondering if a turbo was possible on that motor. He wants to just throw one on with little building. all help will be appreciated!

Sure. We have a member here with the same setup I think his SN is RGAZ or something like that.

I dont see how it would not be possible to put a turbo on any combustable engine ever made.

back in april 03 in hondatunning they did just that and for $300! they made 167 not bad if my scanner was hooked up i would scan it for ya . maybe you can get it still i dont know

Turbo that d seires, i did my d16 in my crx for about 1300 bucks and made 205whp on 6psi....i wont ever go back to that stuff they call n/a cause boost is so fun!! but definetly boost it, its the only way to get a good bang for the buck.....

Those Honda Tuning guys came by my shop like every other day for parts. I work at Road Race Engineering. We supplied them a used 1G Eclipse turbo (TD05-14B), used 1G o2 sensor housing, stock 2G sidemount IC, and a bunch of flanges and gaskets. We currently are out of the turbo, IC, and o2 housings (since that article came out) but we still have all the flanges and gaskets that you would need. is there a turbo mani that i can use to bolt on to a t25 or do i need to make my own for an hf...im about to be runnin the same setup on homemadeturbo but i would rather have a mani then make my own
